Does MyPhoneRoom Really Make a Difference?
I can't think of a better way to describe the strength of MyPhoneRoom:

I was speaking with one of my leaders of my home business. We were going over our numbers, whether we met our goals or not and some of the people in our group. We went over which new coaches we wanted to put our marketing efforts under and which ones still needed to show us they were committed. He started complaining about how he could not manage to get his people to contact the sales leads we gave them. I reminded him that he was no different, when I signed him up. He just chuckled.
There was an silence. I disturbed it by asking him did he held onto the email I sent him, with my stats from last month. He said of course. I said to him to go check his email box for my numbers for this period and to contact me when he had an opportunity to compare them.
Then I hung up the phone and waited.
About an hour passed and my phone rang. It was him. He just kept repeating "Dang, man"! After a few minutes, he finally asked me what did I do to get my output up in my other leg?
I simply said, "MyPhoneRoom".
Then, I directed him to go check his email box again and call me, when he completes the online presentation. He called back, not thrilled at all that I had not presented this to him sooner. I apologized! He insisted on joining right then. I pleaded with him not to for now and told him that it would all make sense tomorrow.

Until now, that gift defined who made it and who didn't.

If You Don't Have a System, You Are Dead in the Water!
Let's get something straight, before we begin. The days of inviting
friends and family to business opportunity meetings are over! If
you want to debate this point, take it somewhere else. It is a fact
that 97% of those, who enter the Network Marketing industry are
going to fail. Why? They are using those old, antiquated methods of
making a list and checking it twice! But, I will discuss the task of
how to approach your "Warm Market" at a later juncture.
Let's talk about what you need to have, if you intend on being a
"Success Story" within your network marketing company. The very
first thing that you must have is a system! If you do not have a
carefully thought out plan to present your bizopp in such a manner,
that it eliminates objections before they are brought up, you are
done! Go get the gravy and stick a fork in you. Discussing the
Compensation Plan may get your sales lead prospects excited, but you
had better have an Operation Plan.
Can Others Duplicate What You Do? And Will They?
Your Operation Plan will define how you and your downline can use a
defined method of duplication to create excitement and explode your
home business, fast. You need a completely automated, duplicable
system that anyone can use. An automated recruiting and training
system enables your new team members to plug into your business and
hit the ground running with minimum delay and trauma.
The faster your new distributors see money cooming in for their
efforts, the more likely they are to stay active and the easier it
will be for them to prospect successfully! They must believe in your
system! It has to fit them and their personality.
Notice that I said your system MUST fit YOUR PROSPECT! Now, I know what
you are thinking! You're thinking the very thing that I have scrolling
across my computer screen. My banner says, "To get something you never
had, you have to do something you never did". You need to have a self
assurance about yourself to be in this Industry!
I agree.
BUT, the majority of those people available to join your bizopp are not
always as confident as you are. I agree that you cannot waste time with
those, who spend their entire lives "getting ready". However, as leader
and one who is asking those prospects to trust you, you must understand
the "fear of loss" your prospects are experiencing. Their mindset is "I
don't want to invest too much, in case this is another waste of time".
They will never identify themselves as being the problem. But WE, as
leaders, perpetuate this fear by signing these people up anyway! Our
motivation is greed. We figure that if we throw enough of "it" against
the wall, some will stick!
That is NOT their fault! It is OUR fault, collectively as leaders in
our industry! Most of us are so focused on the money, we "kick people
to the curb" that cannot or will not do what we can do. Now, the
"Will Nots" I absolutely agree with kicking them to the curb. But, I
have a big problem with how we do that with the "Cannots". You see,
we have two problems that we have failed to deal with, grossly, within
our brotherhood of marketers!
First, we think that we are normal and everybody can do what we can
do. That is so wrong, you should spell word "RONG"! That is, also,
the reason we get frustrated with other people.
But that's a different article.
Second, we do not identify well with our prospects fear of feeling like
they are being taken advantage of. We understand risk. But, those who
are motivated by gaining more money, struggle with "investing in
themselves". We are a society of "Instant Gratification". We think
everything should be solved in 30 minutes or less, with commercials!
If you identify a sales prospect, with unreasonable expectations from our
industry and you sign him/her up anyway, you are just making it more
difficult for the rest of us!
I have NO PROBLEM telling somebody that my business is not a good fit
for them. I get enough of those to where I could probably build your
down line for you! If they insist on proving me wrong, that's their
decision! But, I care enough about myself and them to be truthful.
So, should you. They are not going to stay, anyway!
WHY Do 97% of ALL of the People In Network Marketing Fail?
Now, in order for any automated recruiting system to have chance at
functioning correctly, you must have Leads to put into the system. In
order to get those leads, you either buy them, create a lead generation
system or somebody has to give them to you. The first two options,
alone, can dissuade any of your sales prospects from participating in
your business. Remember, the Warm Market may be the easieat place to
start. But, they never stay! They join your business to make you go
away! They might stay for alittle while, but then they go away mad.
So, if your automated recruiting system managed to eliminate those costs,
you would be ahead of the game as far as prospecting goes, wouldn't you?
I think you would! I think people would have to be nuts not to, at least,
give your automated recruiting system and your bizopp a second look!
But, there is still another obstacle to overcome that most of us NEVER
consider. Sometimes, that phone is our worst enemy in the whole world!
It weighs a ton! I know what you are thinking? You're thinking, "why
would you be looking at a home business opportunity for, if you are
afraid to pick up a phone"?
Let me ask you a question.
Why do you think that 97% of the people, who join home business
opportunities fail? They, either do not generate enough leads to remain
viable or they never call the leads!
Then, the conclusion that I have to come to, if I am trying to build THE
automated recruiting system, is it has to have a built in lead system
and a tool to outsource the sales cold calls for anybody on my team.
Well, I think that I have solved BOTH of those problems!
Now, I need your help to validate my system. In return for your honest
